We adopt advanced composite manufacturing technology to customize products to meet different performance requirements, such as autoclave, vacuum bag molding, vacuum infusion, RTM, laminate molding, hand lay-up, roll-wrapping process. With CNC machine and mature workmanship, KIY CARBON is capable of making FRP mold, alum mold or steel mold according to customer's ideas, drawings or samples. We make the composite material (carbon fiber, kevlar, fiberglass, HDPE ect.) layer design according to customer's requirements.
Our products range includes carbon fiber car parts, motorcycle parts, water sports parts, snow sports parts, medical equipments, instruments, furniture, gifts and complex shaped composite parts.
